# 顔撮影時にカメラが使用できません

PASSアプリでカメラが使用できない場合、スマートフォン側の設定でPASSアプリに対し制限が設定されている可能性があります。以下の手順を参考にして、PASSアプリでカメラが利用できるように設定を変更してください。

## アプリに対するカメラ制限の変更

### iPhone(iOS)

* OS側の設定でカメラの使用が制限されている場合、以下のエラーが発生します。「設定」をタップし、設定画面に移動します。移動しない場合は、設定アプリを開き、「アプリ」>「PASS」を選択します。
