# 機種変更した場合は利用できますか

## ユーザー登録時にAppleアカウントで登録した場合

* ユーザー登録時にAppleアカウントを利用し、Androidに機種変更した場合、PASSがご利用いただけなくなります。かならず、**機種変更前にPASSから退会**し、LINEアカウント、またはメールアドレスで新規ユーザー登録をお願いします。

## ユーザー登録時にLINEアカウントで登録した場合

* 機種変更後、LINEアカウントの引き継ぎが完了しておられましたら、引き続きPASSを同じユーザー利用することができます。

## ユーザー登録時にメールアドレスで登録した場合

* 機種変更をされたとしても、お持ちのアカウントをそのままご利用いただくことが可能です。
* アプリ起動後に「PASS IDをお持ちの方」を選択し、認証を行ってください。操作方法の詳細は[こちらの記事](/readme/question/account/login.md)の『アプリに「初期画面」が表示されている場合』をご覧ください。
