受付時に顔情報の有効期限切れを通知してほしい。

## ご回答

PASSでは、顔認証をおこなう際、利用者さまが利用施設に情報を登録していないのか、顔情報の有効期限が切れているのかを確認することができません。

これは顔情報のデータ自体が無効になっているため、利用者を特定できないためです。

そのため、有効期限が切れていることを顔認証時に通知することができません。有効期限が迫ってきましたら必ず顔情報を更新してください。
