# QRコードでの受付

PASSアプリでは、**QRコードをかざす**、または**QRコードを読み取り**して入場することができます。\
ただし、QRコードを読み取りして入場する場合は、施設やサービス側がQRコードを掲示している必要があります。掲示されていない場合は、かざして入場していただくか、施設の管理者の方にお問い合わせください。

* 顔認証端末にて、顔認証に失敗する場合、「QRコードで認証する」をタップしてください

* PASSアプリを開き、「QRコードを利用」をタップします。
* 表示された二次元コードを顔認証端末にかざしてください。

* PASSアプリを開き、「QRコードを利用」をタップします。

* 受付に成功すると「認証に成功しました」と表示されます。

* 施設の利用条件を満たさない利用者がいらっしゃる場合、「情報の更新が必要」と警告が表示されます。その場合、[登録情報の更新](/readme/getting-started/update-expiry/update_registration.md)を参考にして利用者の情報を更新してください。

* 施設の利用登録がお済みでない利用者がいらっしゃる場合、「個人情報の提供同意が必要」と警告が表示されます。その場合、対象の利用者をタップし、個人情報の提供についてをご確認ください。
